The firm has an experienced team dedicated to Corporate and capital reconstruction, we deal with mergers, acquisitions and take-overs. With respect to Commercial contracts the firm has advised both in relation to major local commercial ventures and in relation to international ventures involving Gibraltar corporate and other vehicles.
