The Rock's insurance legislation is fully consistent with the European Union's Non-Life and Life Directives and enables a Gibraltar insurance company to write business throughout the European Union.

Marrache & Co. have constituted insurance companies for a number of the firm's international clients and also acted as legal advisors to other participants in the Sector.
