Our Portuguese Office can also assist in the areas of acquisition, obtaining approvals to construct, development and management of real estate and management agreements.

In the area of Portuguese tax, the Office is capable of providing advice on corporate income tax, VAT, excise duties, and stamp duties and on issues ranging from transfer pricing to double taxation.
